Before booking or engaging our services, please review the following conditions that guide our care delivery and ensure a safe, transparent experience for every family we serve.
1. Service Engagement
- •All care services are provided based on the care plan agreed upon between Cyona and the care sponsor (family representative).
- •Cyona reserves the right to assign the most suitable caregiver or medical professional based on the care recipient's needs, location, and availability.
2. Payment & Renewal
- •Payment must be made in full before care deployment begins.
- •Renewal reminders are sent three (3) days before each cycle ends.
- •Late renewals may result in temporary suspension of care until confirmation of payment.
3. Caregiver Conduct & Replacement
- •All Cyona caregivers are vetted, trained, and supervised under our Quality Assurance framework.
- •In cases of dissatisfaction or emergency, care sponsors may request a caregiver review or replacement within 48 hours.
- •Cyona reserves the right to withdraw a caregiver if professional, safety, or ethical concerns arise.
4. Safety & Confidentiality
- •Cyona maintains strict confidentiality regarding clients' medical, personal, and household information.
- •Caregivers are bound by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
- •Families are encouraged to secure personal valuables and provide all relevant health details to enable safe and effective care.
5. Doctor's Visits & Medical Support
- •Doctor visits (where applicable) are scheduled ahead and may vary based on medical necessity and availability.
- •In case of an emergency, caregivers are instructed to provide first response and immediately notify both the family and Cyona for escalation to the nearest appropriate facility.
- •Cyona does not replace hospital care.
6. Death or Medical Emergency
- •In the unfortunate event of a care recipient's death while under our service, caregivers are required to contact Cyona's emergency line and the family immediately, and remain on-site until family or authorized personnel arrive.
- •Caregivers will refrain from making any public communication or social media posts.
- •Any prepaid but unused service days after the date of death may be eligible for review or refund, subject to verification.
7. Media, Photos & Videos
- •Cyona occasionally documents care activities for quality assurance or educational purposes.
- •No photo or video of any care recipient, home, or family member will be taken, used, or shared publicly without consent from the care sponsor.
- •Families are equally requested to respect caregivers' privacy by seeking permission before publicizing any media featuring them.
8. Termination & Notice
- •Either party may terminate service with a minimum 14 days' notice.
- •Early termination by the care sponsor without notice may attract a deduction equivalent to one week of service.
- •In cases of gross misconduct, Cyona reserves the right to end a service engagement immediately for safety or ethical reasons.
